This equipment is a specialized equipment for wire cleaning, mainly used to remove lubricating powder or stretching oil adhered to the surface of the wire. This equipment is equipped with 4 workstations, including 1 ultrasonic cleaning, 1 hot water rinsing, 1 cold water rinsing, and 1 blow drying. Its working principle is to use the strong mechanical vibration of ultrasonic cavitation to impact the surface of the workpiece, combined with the chemical degreasing and cleaning effects of cleaning agents, as well as cleaning processes such as rinsing and rust prevention, to make the surface of the workpiece clean. Simultaneously combining blow drying and other processes to achieve product cleaning and drying objectives.
This device has the following characteristics:
1. This equipment is an online through type cleaning machine, and the transmission power of the wire is provided by other online devices;
2. The ultrasonic cleaning tank is equipped with a liquid level protection device, which can protect the ultrasonic waves in case of liquid shortage;
3. Equipped with a circulating filtration device to ensure a certain level of cleanliness of the liquid, the storage tank is equipped with a liquid level protection device, which can protect the water pump or heating pipe in case of liquid shortage;
4. For the convenience of threading, each outlet is equipped with guide wheels for easy threading;
5. The drying system adopts a vortex air pump for gas supply, and uses a drying blade for drying;
6. The equipment has a liquid shortage alarm function, ensuring that the equipment is not damaged and faults are eliminated in a timely manner. The overall design is beautiful, easy to operate, and safe and reliable.
