This equipment is an ultrasonic cleaning machine for the inner and outer rings of bearings, equipped with 8 workstations including 1 demagnetization, 1 spray rough cleaning, 1 ultrasonic cleaning, 1 cleaning blow liquid, 1 spray rinsing, 1 spray rust prevention, 1 blow drying, 1 cooling and material handling system, and 1 conveying system. Its working principle is to use the strong mechanical vibration of ultrasonic cavitation to impact the surface of the workpiece, combined with the chemical degreasing and cleaning effects of cleaning agents, as well as cleaning processes such as rinsing and rust prevention, to make the surface of the workpiece clean. The working process involves manually placing the workpiece onto the conveyor belt of the cleaning machine according to a certain pattern. The workpiece is then fed into various cleaning tanks along the conveyor belt, and finally transitions to the conveyor through the material handling and conveying system. The workpiece is then inspected and discharged. This equipment has a fast cleaning speed and high cleanliness, which can reduce labor intensity and intermediate links.
This device has the following characteristics:
1. This equipment is a through type cleaning line, and the mesh belt is made of specially made stainless steel mesh belt; Safe and reliable operation, with a long service life;
2. The cleaning speed adopts variable frequency speed regulation, and the cleaning time can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the cleanliness requirements of the cleaned workpiece (speed 0.5-2.0m/min).
3. All storage tanks are equipped with circulating filtration devices to ensure the cleanliness of the cleaning solution. There is a liquid level protection device in the storage tanks, which plays a protective role in case of pump shortage;
4. Spray section: Adopting upper and lower spray, adopting 2-point stainless steel nozzle cross installation to avoid blind spots in spray;
5. The cleaning tank and liquid storage tank are designed in a boat shaped structure with drainage outlets for easy bottom cleaning; There is a liquid tray at the bottom of the equipment to ensure a clean work area;
6. The final spray anti rust storage tank is equipped with a cooling system to improve the cooling speed of the product and avoid affecting the inspection of the subsequent process.
7. The drying part adopts a high air flow fan, air pump, and air knife to blow off water droplets passing through the surface of the workpiece.
