Description
This equipment is suitable for cleaning certain specifications of shaft parts, and is equipped with 1 ultrasonic cleaning tank, 2 spray rinsing tanks, 3 wind cutting tanks, 1 immersion rust prevention tank, 1 blow drying tank, 1 drying tank, and 1 cooling station, totaling 10 workstations. Its working principle is to use the strong mechanical vibration of ultrasonic cavitation to impact the surface of the workpiece, combined with the chemical degreasing and cleaning effects of cleaning agents, and combined with cleaning processes such as rinsing and rust prevention to make the surface of the workpiece clean. The working process involves manually loading the workpiece into the cleaning basket according to a certain pattern, then placing it on the feeding conveyor, bringing it to various workstations through a mesh belt, and finally manually removing the material frame. This equipment has a fast cleaning speed and high cleanliness, which can reduce labor intensity and intermediate links.
