Product Introduction

Low temperature distillation technology is currently one of the mainstream technologies widely used internationally, controlling the maximum evaporation temperature of wastewater to not exceed 30 ℃ and achieving a maximum wastewater recovery rate of 95%. The DW-HP series low-temperature evaporation concentration system has been widely recognized and praised by the market and customers in the treatment of water-based metal processing waste liquid and cleaning solution.

The DW-HP series of efficient energy-saving processes: ① The steam thermal compression device with adjustable injection coefficient, fully precision heat transfer tubes, international advanced airflow tees and other key components and materials have improved the intelligent control system; ② Verified and optimized the process system, multiple key parameters, core materials such as heat transfer tubes, and other key components; ③ By optimizing the system, the effective heat transfer temperature difference is controlled at around 2 °.

The DW-HP series low-temperature evaporation concentration system is suitable for low-temperature evaporation concentration treatment of cutting fluid and cleaning wastewater. The specific configuration includes the low-temperature evaporation equipment body, pre-treatment device, post-treatment membrane system, and related auxiliary equipment.
