1、 Cleaning tank and generator
Firstly, it is necessary to ensure that the relative position between the cleaning machine and the generator is not too close, usually about 1 meter apart, to avoid splashing liquid onto the generator when flowing into the cleaning tank.
Attention: All electronic components are inside the generator. Do not splash liquid inside the generator, otherwise it will cause a short circuit inside the generator and cause damage to the generator.
The cleaning machine and generator must be placed on a stable horizontal surface without any shaking to prevent the tank from tilting and the cleaning solution from splashing out. Moreover, an unstable surface can also affect the normal operation of the generator.
Check whether the aviation plug led out from the cleaning tank is tightly connected to the socket behind the generator (whether the connection thread is tightened). If there is a drain valve installed in the cleaning tank, be sure to adjust the status of the drain valve to the closed state.
Inject the selected cleaning solution (provided by the user) into the cleaning tank, and the liquid level should be based on overflowing the cleaned workpiece.
Operation and Installation Guidelines for Ultrasonic Cleaning Machines
Attention: The cleaning solution must exceed the ultrasonic vibration plate. If the ultrasonic vibration plate is exposed to air, the ultrasonic vibration plate that has lost its propagation medium will be damaged quickly. This damage is extremely difficult to repair and can only be replaced. Therefore, we strongly recommend that users inject more cleaning solution than the ultrasonic vibration plate. At least 5 centimeters or more. If there is a heating device in the cleaning tank, the liquid depth must exceed 5 centimeters above the heating tube, and urgent liquid replenishment should be carried out according to the degree of liquid evaporation.
Insert the power cord plug behind the ultrasonic generator into a 220V power socket, and move the toggle switch on the front panel of the ultrasonic generator to the ON position. At this time, the ultrasonic wave begins to work, and the ammeter on the panel indicates the working current of the ultrasonic wave. The operator should be able to hear the noise emitted in the cleaning tank and observe the boiling water spray of the liquid in the tank.
Attention: Please do not reach into the cleaning solution. If the cleaning solution accidentally splashes onto the skin or eyes, corresponding measures must be taken according to different cleaning solutions. Therefore, operators must understand the chemical characteristics of the medium used for cleaning and the corresponding accidental handling measures.
When the cleaning tank is equipped with a heating device, please first turn on the heating function. After the liquid temperature rises to the specified value, put the workpiece to be cleaned into the cleaning tank and turn on the ultrasonic wave, because the ultrasonic wave medium usually achieves better cleaning effect when heated.
