1、 Overview
The DWTG-2000D ultrasonic cleaning machine is suitable for cleaning magnetic and other materials. The production host of this equipment has 5 workstations, including 1 ultrasonic cleaning, 2 front and back spray rinsing, 1 blow drying (at room temperature), and 1 drying (circulating hot air). Clean with municipal water. Its working principle is to use the strong mechanical vibration of ultrasonic cavitation to impact the surface of the workpiece and make it clean. The working process is that the workpiece to be cleaned is fed into the mesh belt of the equipment by the grinder connecting line (transition plate), and then transported into the cleaning machine host through the mesh belt. The workpiece is then passed through various cleaning stations, and finally manually removed, inspected, and packaged. This device has a closed appearance and a beautiful and elegant structure. The characteristics of this device are as follows:
1. This equipment is a through type cleaning line, with a specially made stainless steel mesh belt for safe and reliable operation and long service life.
2. The cleaning speed adopts variable frequency speed regulation, and the cleaning time can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the cleanliness requirements of the cleaned workpiece (speed 0-2.5m/min).
3. Based on the characteristics of the cleaned products, ultrasonic cleaning uses upper and lower radiation, and the generator uses a power module power supply with frequency scanning and tracking functions to achieve the best cleaning effect;
4. Spray part: The nozzle adopts a wide-angle nozzle (conical), which has the characteristics of large impact force and wide coverage for washing products;
5. The front and rear sprays are fed separately, and in areas with poor water quality, deionized water can be used for spraying to avoid water stains after drying.
6. The cleaning tank and liquid storage tank are designed in a boat shaped structure with a drainage outlet for easy bottom cleaning; Just open the backwash valve and the garbage at the bottom of the tank can be easily discharged (regular sewage treatment is required), with a dedicated sewage outlet.
7. First, use cold air to blow dry, and initially remove most of the cleaning solution on the surface of the cleaned parts.
8. The drying section adopts a circulating hot air drying method, and the temperature of the drying channel is adjustable (room temperature -100 ℃).
9. The distance between the ultrasonic cleaning emission surface and the workpiece can be conveniently adjusted according to the actual size of the workpiece, thereby improving the cleaning effect and meeting the cleaning requirements of different workpieces.

Cleaning process: From the outlet of the grinding machine, it passes through the cross connecting plate to the local machine (or manual feeding) → spray washing → ultrasonic cleaning → spray rinsing (integrated with the cleaning tank) → room temperature drying → hot air drying → discharge (manual or automatic sorting and packaging).
